Joyce grantees among the stellar list of theaters recognized for outstanding work by the 2010 Equity Jeff Awards!

The Jeff Awards celebrates the vitality of Chicago area theatre by recognizing excellence through recommendations, awards, and honors. Among those earning nominations, Joyce grantees include:

• Steppenwolf Theater gets multiple nominations for 2010 Joyce Award winner Tarell Alvin McCraney’s The Brother/Sister Plays
• Victory Gardens, in collaboration with longtime grantee Teatro Vista earn multiple nods for its breakthrough production Chad Diety
• Ron OJ Parson continues his winning streak at Court Theater with multiple nominations for his production of August Wilson’s Ma Rainey
• Black Ensemble Theater nominated for Music Direction
