Innovation Grants

Small schools and charter schools not only expand educational opportunities for families, they also create space for innovation for educators, communities, and families. The Foundation supports policy initiatives that enable high-quality charter schools and small schools in Chicago, Cleveland and Milwaukee to educate children and to experiment and collaborate on new educational models that offer promise of closing the achievement gap.
