Scientists from a group of Ohio Universities wrote a white paper that provides a scientific analysis of the actions needed to reduce phosphorus loads in Lake Erie. The paper titled, "Summary of Findings and Strategies to Move Toward a 40% Phosphorus Reduction" seeks to address the Harmful Algal Blooms (HABs) in the Western Lake Erie Basin.
